Stony Brook University, requests qualifications for an Environmental Consultant to perform an environmental review consistent with the State Environmental Quality Review Act for the above two residence hall projects. The project is a new 176 bed residence that is to be added within an existing apartment cluster on the West Campus. The study will also examine the addition of a 300 room Residence Hall on the Tabler Quad. The selected consultant shall prepare the required SEQR documentation, which is expected to be at a minimum an Environmental Assessment Form (EAF) Parts 1, 2 & 3.

Interested firms must be able to demonstrate successful experience in providing such service of equal or greater magnitude in a facility of similar size and scope. Interested parties should contact the procurement office as indicated below to obtain a copy of the RFQ, which includes the required format for the statement of qualifications.
