Vendor must be Cerner certified and Cerner authorized to perform post implementation day to day ("lights on") fixing and problem resolution of Cerner EMR functionalities. Resource skill set requirements are highly Cerner EMR product specific (entire EMR platform is composed of proprietary Cerner products). Vendor must have resources that are experienced with working in the breadth of Cerner tools as well as have access and training to new Cerner tools coming out within the next 18 months. Vendor must have immediate access and training to all of the cutting edge Cerner products and tools. Minimum experience required is 3 years doing this specific type of post implementation work. Must provide proof of Cerner certification/authorization. Must be able to provide "scalability" to immediately ramp up or down depending on the post implementation support required.
