THe purpose of the this amendment is to incorporate the revised Request for Proposal with the correct Rating System for Factor 3 - Past Performance Chart. This RFP has also been attached as a PDF document.

No other changes have been made to this Combined/Synopsis solicitation.

The purpose of this amendment is incorporate SF30 (Solicitation Amendment) to correct the following:

Block 8 - Proposal due date time has been changed to 24 July 2018 at 12:00PM, EST.

Block 10 - Acquisition changed to reflect Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1.) Post the Questions and Answers for the CBRN effort

2.) Attach the revised CBRN RFP reflecting a change in PWS paragraph 5.1.2 (Standard CBRN classes changed from 175 to 172) and made an update under clause 52.212-5 (placing an "X" under item 21 for Notice of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owened Small Business Set-Aside

The purpose of this amendmant is to incorporate additional questions and answers that the Government inadvertently missed, as well as update existing responses to questions posted on Friday, 13 July 2018. All new questions and updates to existign questions are highlighted in yellow.

This amendment will also incorporate a revised Schedule of Services document that initially reflected the wrong title and RFP number.

This acquisition is being issues in accordance with FAR Part 12. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is 70Z02318RQLT01300. The NACIS code is 611519. This requirement is a SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) CONCERN; submissions that do not meet SDVOSB concern will not be considered.

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) intends to establish a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to procure CBRN training services to all required USCG USCG personnel as directed by FORCECOM and the Coast Guard Maritime Security (Counterterrorism) Division for twelve (12) months.

The Period of Performance for this effort will be for one year: 1 August 2018 through 31 July 2019.
