THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This is a Sources Sought announcement seeking Small Business responses in order to determine possible Small Business participation in the anticipated acquisition. The 633d Contracting Squadron (633 CONS) intends to obtain non-personal services for Postage Meter w/Automatic Feed located at Langley Air Force Base. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 532420, Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing with a corresponding size standard of $32,500,000. Interested parties must be registered under NAICS 532420 in SAM (System for Award Management) at, formerly known as CCR (Central Contractor Registration). The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice.

The service required is to provide the lease of a Postage Meter w/Automatic Feeding as well as parts and labor for USPS updates.

0002 - Service Agreement for parts, labor, USPS updates 12 Months

Performance will consist of one (1) base year and four (4) options. The Government anticipates making award in August 2018. The Request for Quote (RFQ) release date is to be determined. Please note: It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the Federal Business Opportunity website at for all subsequent postings. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is posted in conjunction with this notice to provide the size, scope, and complexity of this requirement.

The Government is seeking industry input to determine if there are adequate Small Business concerns, to include Joint Ventures, that are capable of performing the follow-on requirement.

This is not a formal Request for Quotes (RFQ), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. All interested parties should submit a capabilities package (limited to no more than 5 pages total) outlining your company's key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement and addressing the questions found in Attachment 1.
